Recruitment Manager

About the job

Do you want to work as a sales recruiter in a growing industry?

As a recruiter, you are the company's face to the outside world and the first contact with prospective colleagues and candidates. This applies to roles in healthcare; assistant nurses, nurses, specialist nurses and doctors. You will be part of a cohesive smaller team where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for staffing throughout Sweden.

Examples of tasks:

  • Write requirements profile and advertisements for current vacancies.
  • Identify and find the right consultants to match the needs of caregivers.
  • Build networks with candidates.
  • Conduct telephone interviews and hold individual interviews together with the customer and the consultant responsible.
  • References and background checks.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process in collaboration with managers and other team leaders.

Are you the one we are looking for?

  • The employer is looking for you with previous experience of staffing and who is passionate about recruitment. If you have previously worked with recruitment in healthcare staffing or have a background in healthcare yourself, this is a great merit, but it is not a requirement.
  • As a person, you are energetic, goal-oriented, stress-resistant and unpretentious.
  • You have a very good ability to communicate and create and nurture relationships.
  • Ability to independently structure, organize and develop your work.
  • Service-oriented and flexible and solution-oriented.
  • Last but not least, you are objective and professional in your professional role.

What does the employer offer you?

  • Flexible working hours with freedom under responsibility - The employer wants to promote that the employee himself can control and plan his working hours. Therefore, there is room for flexibility both in terms of when and where the work is performed.
  • Safe and healthy employment - The employer wants to work to promote health and therefore all employees are offered a generous health care allowance, occupational pension and a private health insurance via IF.
  • Activities and socializing - We are happy to meet on a spontaneous AW and our office hotel arranges a number of wonderful activities, conferences and trips during the year.

There is a great development potential within the role and the company. As the company is in an expansive phase, there is quickly room for more responsibility and broader roles.
